BioTo determine what triggers my headaches, I decided to track their frequency and severity. I also plan to note factors such as caffeine intake and weather.
Severity 0 means no headache/pain. I'll rate headaches on a scale from 1-10. I'll also note where I feel pain, e.g. above right eye, across forehead, etc.
